This contract is pay or play, and non cancellable. Failure on the part of either party signing this agreement to fulfill same shall make party failing to do so liable for the amount of the agreed fee.
Employers responsibilities: To make sure electrical outlets are available, and to notify SUN MUSIC of any change in performance time or location. To accept responsibility for damages to equipment caused by employer or guests.
Any delay in time caused by the hall management or the employer shall not penalize SUN MUSIC.
SUN MUSIC Reserves the right to make substitutions of comparable quality and skill, to insure a successful performance.
